A. Shop
1. Orders and prices
An order is placed when you complete payment on the Stripe checkout page; we confirm it on the order page linked from the thank-you screen and by Stripe's receipt. Prices are shown in EUR, follow the live market and are re-checked just before payment; if a price or availability changed you are shown the new figures before you pay. Prices include VAT where applicable. Minimum order 15,00 €. Postage per order: untracked letter 2,90 € in Sweden / 4,50 € in the EU for orders under 30,00 €; tracked letter 8,90 € / 14,90 € above that; free tracked shipping above 300,00 €. Untracked letters travel at the buyer's risk; choose a larger order for tracking. Obvious pricing errors (for example a card listed at a fraction of its market value by mistake) entitle us to cancel the order and refund you in full.
2. Condition and description
We sell cards in NM or LP condition as stated on each line (NM = near mint, LP = lightly played). Finish (foil or non-foil), language and the exact printing are stated on the order. Every card is checked by hand before it ships. If a card arrives in worse condition than described, you may return it for a full refund including return postage.
3. Sourcing and delivery
Cards marked “in stock” ship within 2 working days. Cards marked “sourced for you” are bought from marketplace sellers in Europe after your payment, delivered to us, checked, and forwarded in one parcel; they ship within 7–14 days. If a sourced card cannot be obtained, that line is refunded in full and the rest of the order ships. We ship as a tracked letter to 19 European countries. Risk passes to you on delivery.
4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the EU/EEA you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason (Swedish Act on Distance Contracts, lag 2005:59, and Directive 2011/83/EU). Tell us by email within the period and return the cards within 14 days after that, in the condition you received them, in their sleeves. We refund the price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return; you pay the return postage. Cards that have been removed from their sleeves and played, or that show new wear, may be refunded at a reduced value. Sourced cards are not excluded from the right of withdrawal.
5. Payment
Payment is by card through Stripe. We never see your card details. The payment is captured at checkout. Refunds go back to the same card.
6. Complaints and disputes
Write to jenspeter@gmail.com with your order number. Consumers may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU online dispute resolution platform. Swedish law applies; nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

7. No advice
Prices, scores, outlooks and signals are generated by a rules-based model from third-party marketplace data. They are information, not financial advice, and can be wrong or out of date. You act on them at your own risk.

8. Registering interest
The form on the homepage only registers your interest. It is not an offer to the public and creates no obligation on either side. Any investment is arranged individually, in writing, subject to applicable law and to checks we must perform.
9. Fund terms in brief
Contributions buy units of one pool of physical cards and cash, priced at 85% of market retail plus cash. Each contribution is locked for 18 months; withdrawals are then paid within 90 days at the value per unit on the payout day, as cards are sold. A yearly fee applies per contribution (2% in year one, 1.5% in year 2, 1% from year 3), taken daily in units. At least 15% of the fund is kept in cash. Minimum contribution 455,46 €. Values are unrealised and based on third-party prices; capital is at risk and past performance does not predict future results.
